Consent to the processing of personal data
The text below is the consent a visitor gives by ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” in the lecture registration form or in the feedback form. Ticking the box is voluntary; without it the form cannot be submitted, but you can also register for a lecture in person at the Centre.
By filling in a form on the website of the Centre for Social and Cultural Adaptation, I freely, of my own will and in my own interest give my consent to the operator — [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: full legal name of the organisation, OGRN, INN, registered address] — to process my personal data on the terms set out below.
The data I provide
When registering for a lecture or another event: surname, first name, patronymic (if any), date of birth, citizenship, phone number and — if I choose to fill in these fields — e-mail address, sex, length of stay in Russia, level of Russian, town or city, the reason I am contacting the Centre. Together with this, the event I registered for, the attendance mark and the time it was made, and the language of the form are stored.
When sending a message through the feedback form: name, e-mail address, the text of the message, the date and time this consent was given, and the language of the form.
Why the data is processed
- to register me for the event I chose and to contact me about that registration;
- to confirm that I attended the event;
- to record the services provided by the Centre and to report on them;
- to consider my message and reply to it.
What I allow to be done with the data
Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, correction (updating, modification), retrieval, use, blocking, deletion and destruction — by mixed means, both with and without the use of automation.
What I confirm
- the data I provide is my own; if I enter another person’s data, I have their consent to do so;
- if the data relates to a minor, I am their parent or other legal representative;
- I have read the Privacy Policy and I am aware that special categories of data (including information about ethnicity and religion) and document details — passport, work patent, SNILS, INN, migration card — are not requested by the operator and do not need to be provided.
Validity of the consent and how to withdraw it
The consent is valid until it is withdrawn, but no longer than 365 days from the date I left my data; after that period the data is destroyed.
The consent may be withdrawn at any time by a statement in free form, by phone or to the e-mail address of the Centre given at the bottom of every page of this website, or in writing to: [ЗАПОЛНИТЬ: postal address of the operator]. The statement should give the surname, first name and the phone number entered in the form.
Once the consent is withdrawn, processing stops and the data is destroyed within no more than 30 days, except where the law obliges the operator to keep it. Withdrawing the consent does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out before the withdrawal.
